The most common goal Body & Soul’s clients have is to lose body fat. While we are happy to help our clients tackle this goal, achieving it will require you to work outside of the gym too – mainly in the kitchen. A proper diet should be the primary driver of fat loss, not endless hours at the gym trying to “work off” the cinnamon bun you ate, or crash dieting, or a “cleanse”. Learning about a flexible and realistic approach to healthy eating will enhance your exercise program and help you reach your goals sooner.
