Did you know liquids are easier to digest than solids? A nutrient-packed smoothie is a great way to kick off your weekend for some Vancouver summer fun!

Start with your favourite combination of fruits, vegetables, juices and milks and add supplements depending on your goals. Remember, as yummy as they are, milkshakes are not the same as smoothies — they are typically cream and milk-based with limited natural ingredients, whereas smoothies consist primarily of fruits and/or vegetables.
