Our Studio

Body & Soul’s studio, which underwent a major renovation in 2006, offers a bright, spacious atmosphere fitted with the most cutting edge equipment and training tools to help you on your path to optimal fitness. Great care and attention have gone into the design of every part of the facility, allowing you to focus on yourself and your workout. Both the women’s and men’s changing facilities include locker and dressing areas, individual showers and private steam shower. We also provide additional amenities, including complimentary towels and toiletries, filtered water and your own personal water bottle, to let you take full advantage of your time at Body & Soul.

We are committed to reducing the impact our facility and our business have on the environment. Eco-friendly technology can be found throughout the facility including Power Smart lighting, power-saving heating and cooling systems and water-saving devices.
