Having a friend or family member join your personal training session can also increase your motivation, make your workout more fun, and enhance your overall workout experience by adding an element of friendly competition. Our personal trainers will customize an exercise program that suits both you and your partner’s health and fitness needs.
Partner training is also great for those who may not be able to afford one-on-one personal training but require more personalized attention than small group training.
