New to Personal Training?
Are you or is someone you know interested in personal training?
Come in and tour the studio, meet the staff and sit down with one of our personal trainers for a 30-minute complimentary consultation and learn how we can help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
To begin personal or partner training at Body & Soul, clients must complete a 60-minute health assessment. The assessment evaluates your cardiovascular fitness and musculoskeletal fitness, level of balance, strength, and flexibility, body composition, etc. The assessment will help your trainer prepare a personalized workout program for you based on the results. This is also a great opportunity to identify and establish specific short-term and long-term goals that they can help you reach. We also offer reassessments which give you the opportunity to identify areas in which you have progressed, as well as areas in which you can still improve. Once you have completed your health assessment, we can help you choose a trainer based on your goals, needs and availability – or if one of our trainers’ profiles catches your eye, we can discuss their availability with you.
If you’re interested in personal training, we highly recommend our Starter Package! This package includes a health assessment, 10 personal training sessions and a one-month cardio package.
What about Small Group Personal Training?
Enjoy the benefits of personal training in a small group (maximum 4 people). At less than half the price of personal training, this is great bang for your personal training buck! It is important to note that clients who require more 1-on-1 attention should consider our personal training options as small group trainers are not able to give personal attention to each group participant at all times.
