Good aerobic fitness is required to help our bodies effectively and efficiently recover during, and after, a good strength training session. A well trained cardiovascular system helps ensure that our active tissue meets its metabolic demand, and can clear metabolic waste at a faster pace to allow you to perform and recover much better during, and after, your strength training workouts.

For $25 a month Body & Soul clients can use the cardio equipment outside of their scheduled sessions. Conditions apply and tax will be added. Speak with our front desk to purchase a cardio package.
