Committing to a solid workout program and eating at a caloric deficit will help you to lose fat. That being said, it is not possible to target specific areas for fat loss (a.k.a. spot reduction). Typically, the last places women lose fat are the thighs, buttocks and stomach, while men will usually lose their stomach fat last as well.
