Body & Soul's Holiday Workout Series

 

Although our studio will be closed from December 22nd to January 1st, you can still stay active this holiday season with Body & Soul! Be your own trainer this holiday season with our Healthy Holidays home workout designed by former Body & Soul Personal Trainer Isabel Verse.

 

Follow the 15 day program, starting Tuesday December 18th, and you will maintain your fitness over the break and be ready to resume your regular training sessions on Wednesday January 2nd.

 

Over the course of the program, keep the following in mind:

 

  • Quality of movement comes before quantity.
  • Consult with your health care provider if you have any injuries, medical or general concerns.
  • Stop immediately if you experience discomfort during any of the exercises.
  • Stay within your limits and choose your exercises conservatively.
  • Before you begin your exercises, warm up for at least 10-15 minutes.
  • At the end of your workout, spend 5-10 minutes stretching.
