White eggs or brown eggs? Nutritionally, it doesn’t actually make a difference! While there has been some debate over the years about whether or not the cholesterol from eggs (dietary cholesterol) influences overall cholesterol, most experts agree that eating one egg a day is a safe and healthy option for most people.1

If you love scrambled eggs, but want or need to mind your cholesterol intake, consider mixing a whole egg with just the egg white of a second egg (discarding the yolk) – this ensures you get the protein, while removing the added cholesterol of the second egg!2
