Eager to take advantage of the final days of Summer?

The end of Summer may be nearing and while it is important to make the most of the time left, it is also important to be prepared for the heat. This past weekend showed us that we aren’t yet done with the heat!  Make sure you stay hydrated, dress so that your body can breathe and listen to your body — early signs of dehydration and/or heat stroke should not be taken lightly!
