Healthy Weight Management Program

Learn to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. Includes initial consultation (60 min), follow-up session (60 min), and four maintenance sessions (30 min).

  • Discover detrimental foods in your diet and how to replace them with healthier choices
  • Understand your cravings and learn strategies to control them

Performance Enhancement Program

Nutrition is not just about losing weight. Learn how to properly fuel and hydrate your body to achieve your best athletic performance. Includes initial consultation (60 min), follow-up session (60 min), and two maintenance sessions (30 min).

  • Evaluate the effect that your current diet is having on your sport performance
  • Learn what it takes to properly fuel and hydrate your body for specific sports
  • Learn when to eat what nutrients to achieve peak performance
  • Create a meal plan that suits the demands of your training schedule
  • Receive on-going support while you integrate new nutrition strategies

Optimize Your Health (Build Your Own Program)

The optimize your health program is a specialized program for those people whose needs/goals fall outside the realm of our other nutrition programs. Your program may include:

  • Balanced meal plans
  • Learning how to eat to improve digestion, energy levels, food allergies, sleep or stress
  • Adapting your diet to your changing body (adolescence, menopause, aging) and changing lifestyle (retirement, university)
  • Learning how to eat to build a strong immune system
  • Detoxification and cleansing the body

At a minimum, this program includes initial consultation (60 min) and one follow-up session (60 min). Additional sessions may be scheduled depending on your individual goals and needs.
