Running Analysis - Vancouver (Kitsilano)

Dr. Case has a significant amount of experience in correcting and enhancing running performance in all sports. He has a sharp eye for small imbalances that can lead to significant future problems. If you wish to improve your gait in order to prevent injury or to increase running efficiency and speed, a running analysis with Dr. Case is an indispensable tool.

A running analysis will enable you to run/walk faster, longer and more efficiently. It will also reveal any weaknesses and limitations you may have. The improved running technique you will achieve following your gait analysis will also reduce your risk of injury.

Session #1

The first session will consist of DVD taping and initial assessment of you running outdoors (treadmills are also available, if you prefer). Following this session, Dr. Case will analyze and review the DVD in detail, frame by frame, to identify any differences between your current form and optimal running technique.

Session #2

In your second session, Dr. Case will review the DVD of your running technique with you and explain your results. You will receive a copy of your running DVD as well as personalized drills, running tips, exercises and stretches to help you correct imbalances, improve form, speed, endurance, and prevent injuries.
