Chip's Not Dead Yet
June 20th was a big day for Vancouver's westside and BC Children's Hospital. Thanks to the generosity and organizational talent of Chip Wilson, a wonderful family event - racing up the hill on 10th Avenue from Highbury Street to Safeway parking - took place. Body & Soul was and is proud to have been part of this event.
Westside Classic
On a cold June 1st, Body & Soul cheered on the riders in the Westside Classic. Shiatsu Practitionor Ron Schreckenbach gave free massage and Chiropratitionor, Dr. Aaron Case explained ActiveReleaseTechnique and how it can help with sport injuries. Co-Owner Angela Longstaffe was left to hand out freebies.
Pacific Spirit Run
As we do every year, Body & Soul leads the runners into a fun warm-up and then fires them on as the embark on their run.
Hawaiian Days in February
There is nothing like a bit of sunshine during the dreary wet Vancouver winter. If the sun will not shine, Body & Soul tries to create its own sunshine with exotic drinks and fun dress-up.
Christmas Staff Party 2007
Body & Soul's Christmas Party was held on December 1, 2007 at Co-Owner Angela's house. Her partner Marla was detained by the first snowfall of the winter on Bowen Island.
BC Special Olympic Partnership
Body & Soul is directing all its fundraising effort to benefit the BC Special Olympics.
Halloween 2007
Halloween 2007 saw Body & Soul's staff as the superheroes they are. We had Super Witches, Super T's and Super J's as well as a Super Lobster, Eighties Super Fitness Instructor and Bat Girl.
Ladies Who Launch
In October, Body & Soul hosted an event for "Ladies Who Launch", a networking group for women in business."Ladies Who Launch" helps women entrepeneurs to find the balance between their work and their personal life.
Train the Trainer
Our annual "Train the Trainer" day was a great success, fun for clients and sweat for our trainers. Monies raised at the event went to the BC Special Olympics.

Body & Soul is collaborated with neighbouring businesses and fellow "Stars of Vancouver" to show you exciting ways to enrich your life. Fitness, alternative health care, nutrition, specialty wear and even travel experts were on hand to share their knowledge.
CIBC Run for the Cure
Body & Soul had a team for the "Run for the Cure" on September 30th, 2007.
